The service
Outbound24 provides an embeddable commercial HVAC qualification flow, submitted inquiry attribution and a private inquiry inbox. Anonymous visitor identification, business enrichment and postal retargeting are not included. The founding plan supports one company website and one authenticated workspace owner. It includes up to 500 real inquiries per calendar month, 50 test inquiries, sales-status management and CSV export.
Price and renewal
The founding subscription is US$299 per month. Applicable tax may be added at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. There is no setup fee under this offer. Review the final price, tax and billing details in the payment provider’s checkout before agreeing to pay. Creating a free workspace does not authorize a charge.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Manage billing in your workspace to cancel future renewals. Cancellation at the end of the paid period allows collection to continue until that period ends. A failed or ended subscription pauses new inquiry collection. Requests for refunds or billing corrections go to the operator’s support contact. Any mandatory consumer or business rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
No guaranteed leads or sales
Outbound24 does not provide advertising traffic, guarantee additional inquiries or close sales. Results depend on your traffic, offer, installation and follow-up. Priority scores are simple rules, not predictions of purchase. The widget does not provide engineering advice, system sizing, binding quotes, emergency service or a guaranteed identity for an anonymous visitor.
Your company’s responsibilities
You must be authorized to represent the company and install the widget on its website. Provide accurate company details and an appropriate privacy notice. Handle visitor information only for purposes supported by permission and applicable law. Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk messaging, sensitive-data collection, deception, unlawful profiling, household address matching, individual identity matching or resale of customer records without proper authority.
Usage and service limits
New submissions pause when the monthly allowance is reached. The inbox displays up to 1,000 recent inquiries and CSV exports include up to 10,000 records. Spam controls may reject excessive requests. Email alerts require successful provider delivery; the saved inbox remains the source of truth. Check it regularly and maintain your own required records.
Account access and data
The workspace uses ChatGPT sign-in. You retain responsibility for your account and exported files. You may delete individual inquiries. Before deleting a workspace, export records you need and allow any active subscription to end. Active database deletion cannot be undone through the application.
Availability and changes
The service depends on hosting, authentication, database and payment providers. Interruptions can occur. The operator may pause collection to address security, abuse, billing or legal issues. Material subscription changes should be communicated before they apply to a future billing period. No statement here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
