What Outbound24 does
Outbound24 helps companies receive project inquiries from visitors who choose to request contact. It does not match anonymous visitors to household addresses, named individuals or personal contact details. Where enabled in a future product tier, it may provide coarse business level intent context, subject to notice, lawful processing and accuracy limits.
Workspace account information
When you sign in with ChatGPT, the hosting platform provides an account identifier and email address. Outbound24 uses them to authenticate your workspace, separate your records and send service notifications. Company settings include the company name, website, contact email, privacy notice, market, language and brand accent.
Project inquiry information
A submitted inquiry includes the visitor’s name, email, optional phone number, company, project requirements, optional notes, and their request for contact. Outbound24 records the permission wording, submission time and privacy notice shown. Available campaign parameters and the page path may accompany the inquiry. Do not put sensitive personal, medical, financial or payment information into project notes.
Who receives the inquiry
The company identified on the widget receives and controls its project inquiries. Its own privacy notice governs its follow-up and use of those records. Outbound24 processes the information to provide the lead inbox, export and service functions. A request to discuss a project is not a blanket subscription to unrelated marketing.
Service providers
The application uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare-backed storage. Sign-in is provided by the hosting platform. When configured, Stripe processes payments and Resend delivers account service alerts. Outbound24 does not store full payment card details. Service providers may process data in countries other than the visitor’s country; the operator must confirm appropriate contractual and transfer arrangements before accepting real data.
Storage and deletion
Workspace records remain in the active application database until the owner deletes them or the service removes them under its operating obligations. Workspace owners should regularly remove inquiries they no longer need. An individual inquiry and its pending notification can be deleted from the inbox. Workspace deletion removes its active inquiries and settings. Limited billing event identifiers may remain for reconciliation. Provider backups and legally required billing records may have separate retention periods.
Technical data and tracking
The widget passes current campaign parameters and a page path with a submitted inquiry. It does not implement a cross-site identity graph, fingerprint people across unrelated websites or retain an anonymous browsing profile for identity matching. Hosting and authentication providers may use essential cookies and technical logs. The application uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not saved to the lead database.
Your choices
The public demonstration does not save or send form entries. You may leave the live form without submitting. Once submitted, contact the company named on the widget about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing a contact request. Contact the Outbound24 operator shown above about account or platform data. Applicable rights depend on your location and the relevant law.
Security and responsibility
Workspace access is checked on the server. Records are scoped to the authenticated owner, and customer websites receive no lead-list access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Workspace owners must protect their account and handle exported records responsibly.
